Real Estate Corporate Tax Manager – London (Hybrid)
We are currently supporting a well-established and fast-growing accountancy firm in their search for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their specialist Real Estate Tax team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of property clients, including REITs, funds, partnerships, and non-resident landlords.
The role offers a blend of compliance and advisory work, with exposure to high-value transactions and complex structuring projects.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing corporate tax matters for a range of real estate clients, including:
- Overseeing tax compliance and advisory services for REITs and large property groups.
- Reviewing REIT financial statements and compliance documentation.
- Advising on group structuring, capital allowances, NRCGT elections, and property tax planning.
- Supporting senior leadership on transactional assignments, including due diligence and structuring.
- Managing junior staff, delegating work, and providing coaching and development.
- Assisting with client account management and contributing to business development initiatives.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in corporate tax within the real estate sector, ideally including REITs.
- Solid technical knowledge and confidence in delivering client-facing advice.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with senior stakeholders.
- ACA and/or CTA qualification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
