My client – a market leading Real Estate Transaction team is hiring a Tax Manager.

This is an award-winning team serving both domestic and international businesses with UK operations. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial aspects of property transactions. You will have the opportunities to work with and advise clients such as Pension Funds, Private Equity Houses, Real Estate Tycoons or Hospitality groups on some of the most complex and challenging projects.

As a Tax Manager, you will be the key contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and building lasting relationships. Manage a portfolio of clients, liaise with HMRC, and identify new business opportunities. You will also contribute to the management of the group and participate in bids and proposals for new work.

Requirement:

  • Ideally you will be qualified CTA and/or ACA, and possessing demonstrable post-qualified experience.
  • Strong working knowledge on UK Corporate tax, M&A or Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential (my client is happy to up-skill the right candidate)
  • Self-starting and proactive attitude and hunger to grow! (my client offers unparalleled development opportunities)
