Owner Managed Business Advisory Senior Manager

We have a number of Senior Manager opportunities across the UK with one of our specialist private client and OMB tax advisory clients.

The teams specialise in advising HNWIs and their privately owned companies on personal and company tax affairs both in the UK and offshore. The advice usually focuses on issues affecting the owners of the business (both individuals and families) and corporate tax aspects of the business itself.

There is a specific need for Senior Managers and Associate Directors across all locations; flexible working and working from home is available so you are able to use the most local office as your “home office” and there will always be a local team of which you will be a part.

Some of the work involves advising on deals and there are some of the clients have significant real estate interests; experience in M&A and / or real estate is not a pre-requisite but would be particularly useful.

A key aspect of the role at Associate Director level is working closely with the Directors and Partners to develop new client relationships and pursue new opportunities; there are significant progression opportunities across the team to grow in to Director level roles.

As an Associate Director, you will have responsibility for a diverse portfolio of clients, both individuals, family owned companies and private equity portfolio companies both in the UK and overseas.

To apply to these roles you must be ACA or CTA qualified with demonstrable post qualified experience in UK tax. You must have experience of working with private clients and privately owned businesses and their owners and have strong management and communication skills, both written and oral.

These roles are pure advisory and require a very high standard of consultancy work on a varied portfolio. These roles are challenging yet hugely rewarding both financially and in the day to day, working with a hugely supportive and highly successful team.
