As a Manager within the Business Advisory practice, your main responsibilities will involve guiding and developing a team of up to 7 staff and acting as a trusted advisor to your varied client portfolio. You will be delegating and reviewing the work of your team, preparing financial statements with a more forward-thinking and consultative approach to a 'traditional' Business Services role.
A large portion of your role will be at the strategic-level working with Directors and Partners in building the Business Advisory practice and driving the strategic direction of the firm, undertaking market differentiation strategies and attending networking and industry events.
Your career development and progression will be supported with market-leading technical training along with investment in external leadership training to complement your growth.
You will be CA qualified and possess at least 6 years experience working within the profession, with a proven track-record in leading successful teams.
You will have a strong technical Business Services/Tax foundation and enjoy providing a high level of strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and present professionally with excellent communication skills.
