A prominent Real Estate group is searching for a Tax Manager to join the team in Central London. This tax job is paying up to £80,000 plus 20% bonus.

As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the team by advising on a £2 billion project and take ownership of this account as you settle into the position. You will report to the Head of Tax and build relationships across the tax and finance function, the advisors, and investors.

This role will see you advising on acquisition, holding, and exit implications of real estate projects, managing due diligence projects, considering the implications of VAT and transfer taxes, and managing the outsourced corporate tax compliance.

To be considered for this position, the successful candidate should be ACCA, ACA or CTA qualified with Big 4/Top 10/FTSE 250 UK corporate tax and M&A tax experience. Excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential. Experience with real estate tax matters is advantageous.

Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship.

This opportunity will pay up to £80,000 base plus 20% bonus. You will be supported by an excellent team, gain exposure to the broader finance function, and the ability to see your work implemented in the business. The team follow a 3 day hybrid working model as team culture is highly valued in this organisation.
