This is an opportunity to join a Big 4 firm that offers a wide range of services including audit & assurance, risk advisory, tax, consulting and financial advisory.

As an M&A Tax Manager, you will establish and develop an extensive client portfolio. You will participate in deal cycles from due diligence services, tax structuring, input into SPAs and financing documents, as well as post-acquisition implementation. Your responsibility as a manager will include coaching and acting as a role model to junior members of staff.

To be considered for this job, you will need to be ACA/CTA qualified, or equivalent, as well as having previous experience in M&A tax. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if you have previous exposure to international clients.
