As an M&A Tax Manager, you will take this opportunity to establish and develop an extensive client portfolio. Your knowledge will be put to the test with the breadth and the variety of work you will undertake. The day-to-day duties include participating in deal cycles from due diligence services, tax structuring, input into SPAs and financing documents, as well as post-acquisition implementation. Your responsibility as a Manager will include coaching and acting as a role model to junior members of staff.
To be considered for this job, you will need to be ACA/CTA qualified, or equivalent, as well as having previous experience in M&A tax. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if you have previous exposure to international clients.
