Outstanding opportunity to work on a large international deal by being the tax lead; working as part of the M&A team for this business.
An in-house tax team are looking for a Tax Consultant to work on a large international transaction. In this role you will work with multi-stakeholders and will take ownership for the tax implications regarding the deal. The areas of work that you will be involved in will include:
- Due diligence review
- Analysis of the tax implications in every jurisdiction that the deal affects (which is a vast proportion of the world)
- Focusing on certain jurisdictions which are more complex and look at areas such as CGT
- Post sale structuring, filing of local tax returns, double treaty activity
- Based in central London, the role will allow for some working from home and travelling to one other key office in the UK, but this will be occasional

To be considered for this role it is imperative to have previous experience of working on M&A activity, and to have the self-confidence and gravitas to be self sufficient in this interim role.
