As an M&A Tax Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the senior managers and managers as you begin your responsibility of coaching more junior members of the team. At this level of your career, you will start to become more involved in client relationships by helping to develop a long-lasting client rapport from the start. You will be undertaking predominately advisory tax matters as the compliance work is handled by the various compliance centres.
Ideally, you will be ACA/CTA qualified, or the equivalent, with previous experience working in a corporate, M&A or real estate tax team. You will be a self-starter; someone who can show promise of going out to a client and being the main-point-of-contact whilst working autonomously.
