Brewer Morris are working with a bank who are challenging the traditional banking market and offering bespoke solutions to their customer base in an all digital setting, providing the highest level technology to their customers in seconds. Due to the success of the bank they are growing their treasury function and looking for an experienced professional to head up their IRRBB team.

Your core responsibilities will be as followed:

  • Act as the treasury SME for all IRRBB matters
  • Work directly with the modellers to critique, adapt and execute models such as the IRRBB model, behavioural models and EVE Model. You will then present the information gained from these models to the banks senior leadership team, providing guidance on the risk metrics.
  • Work directly with the finance teams to account for interest rate hedging alongside the key regulatory reporting requirements such as the ICAAP and ILAAP.

In order to be successful applying you will need experience in the following areas:

  • 6+ year's experience in banking in either a first or second line risk/treasury risk role.
  • Hands on stress testing experience.
  • Sound regulatory reporting knowledge in particular with relation to IRRBB.
  • Experience working in or with a treasury function
