Position responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries and requests from internal and external clients in a timely, comprehensive, and accurate manner.
  • Maintain investor information and process database changes.
  • Perform investor account setups, oversee investor transactions, and perform reconciliation processes across multiple Fund administrators.
  • Perform reconciliations of investor transaction and position activity using accounting and performance data.
  • Deliver operational support to investors and OCIO clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, eligibility requirements, investment programs and operating procedures.
  • Assist in recommending, evaluating, and implementing enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Perform, manage, and assist with other related projects.


  • Undergraduate degree required from an accredited college/university. Related financial services experience a plus.

  • Individuals must be team-oriented and committed to proactively identifying and solving problems. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
  • Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses are required. (Can be acquired within 120 days after joining Commonfund)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish broader goals and objectives.
  • Client communication experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
