International Tax Manager // Global Business // Glasgow HQ

An international firm that operates across a variety of industries around the globe are looking to bring in an International Tax Manager. Reporting straight to the Head of Tax (with a view to this being the number 2 in the team), the role oversees all European tax matters including tax planning, transfer pricing, structuring, business partnering & leading on new projects.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to join an established team whilst also having the chance to work on new projects and shape how the tax team is seen and operates internationally. One of the first tasks will be to hire a direct report to assist with your work.

If you’ve got the below:
* An International & UK corporate tax background from industry or practice
* Strong commercial skills and ability to explain tax to non-tax staff
* A knowledge of transfer pricing principles (or a willingness to learn)
* An accounting/tax qualification ACA/CTA

You can get a competitive basic salary of up to £110k per annum with great benefits including a fantastic bonus. Alongside this, the role offers hybrid working from the Glasgow office.
