International Tax Manager – 6 months
Interim International Tax Manager job in London requires an International Tax Manager who is available immediately or at very short notice, for this interim International Tax Manager job in London.
Supporting the International Tax Director over a 6 months period, the key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the UK corporate tax compliance with the outsourced provider.
- Manage a UK CFC review.
- Liaise regularly with tax advisers and stakeholders regarding business activities and their tax implications.
- SAO management.
- Manage the Pillar 2 requirements.
- Support on EMEA and APAC direct tax requirements.
- Analyse the group’s transfer pricing requirements.
To be considered for this role it is required to have a tax background in the UK combined with an international tax exposure. The role will involve a lot of liaising with different stakeholders and so being comfortable with communicating with different parties is also a requirement. The successful applicant will be either immediately available or very soon to be available and can commit to the 6 months duration with a minimum of one day per week to be worked from the City based office.
The variety of direct tax requirements within this role, covering a massive range of jurisdictions, renders this an exceptional interim tax job.
