International Tax Manager – 6-12 months
International Tax Manager interim Tax Manager job in London requires a Tax Manager who has research tax experience and preferably with an international tax experience, for this interim Tax Manager job in London.
Reporting to the Head of Tax and working in their Central London offices 3 days per week, the interim International tax Manager will focus on project work and will research into the different tax aspects, feeding back to the Head of Tax on the steps required to ensure compliance and governance. The initial projects will involve:
- Analysis of the permanent establishment risk.
- Review of the transfer pricing local files which have been prepared by local advisers.
- Research into the tax implications of the business entering new jurisdictions.
- CFC analysis.
- Pillar II analysis on safe harbours.
The successful applicant will have the right skill set for the role as opposed to a strong international tax technical background. This means that the successful applicant will have a tax advisory experience and will have the aptitude and interest to research on the different tax technical and business activities, reporting to the Head of Tax on their findings and making recommendations for changes/further research.
This opportunity will suit a tax professional who is keen to develop their tax advisory skills within an international tax and in-house tax setting, whilst researching and working on current tax issues.
