This is a broad international tax role in a well known Fortune 500 manufacturing group. The role covers the EMEA and LATAM regions, established and emerging markets.

You will play a key role in process improvement and compliance management but also be heavily involved in cross border tax structuring work, pre and post M&A.

Role highlights;

Drive development and implementation of process automation/optimization to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting processes
Contribute to the enhancement of the tax reporting and compliance process to achieve best-in-class standards
Contribute to the development of the internal control framework, emphasizing process improvements, risk management, SOX controls, and data efficiency
Advise the business of the corporate tax implications of M&A and entering new jurisdictions
Advise on post acquisition integration work
Coordinate and review outsourced CIT and VAT filings
Provide assistance with reviews and tax audits
Assist with preparation of tax provision calculations for relevant European entities
Serve as the primary point of contact for local finance teams, providing technical expertise

About you;

Proven track record in CIT
Tax or tax legal qualification
Experience working in-house is a plus
Experience with tax process improvement / optimization
