International Tax Manager
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of U.S. international tax compliance experience
- An experienced user of Microsoft Excel
- Highly technical and have knowledge of in-depth technical tax laws
- Able to take ownership of role
Duties:
- Prepare Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.
- Experience with GILTI, FDII and BEAT
- Work with the Federal Tax Manager on quarterly estimates, audits, and controversies
- Work with the Tax Accounting Manager on data requests and audits
- Assist Tax Director with outbound tax planning
