International Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires an experienced International Tax Manager or International Tax Senior Manager who has worked on legal entity rationalisation duties.

A fabulous international tax advisory interim tax job which is initially for a 6 months period, and could be extended to a full 12 months period. Joining an in-house tax team, this role will cover:

  • Supporting on a legal entity raitonalisation project, ensuring tax is compliant.
  • Support the business in the post-sale process for divestments that have been undertaken.
  • Provide tax advice on new acquisitions and other corporate development projects.
  • Support on the tax clauses in SPA’s.
  • Lead on Pillar 2 compliance requirements.
  • Address international tax and transfer pricing queries from the business.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have an international tax background covering transfer pricing and M&A work, from a MNC. Collaboration skills are required, in order to be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

There may be some travel required overseas for this role.
