International Social Security Senior Manager (Tax)
A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its ISS team in London. Hybrid working is available. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of global mobility and social security advisory within a high-performing, collaborative group.
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of international social security compliance and advisory services, including Certificates of Coverage, voluntary contributions, and modified returns.
- Provide expert guidance on complex multi-country assignments, totalization agreements, and bilateral treaties.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and managing high-impact engagements.
- Collaborate with global teams and government authorities to resolve client matters and drive innovation.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and service development across markets.
To succeed, you bring:
- Extensive experience in international social security, expatriate tax, or assignment management – ideally within a Big 4 or equivalent environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK and global social security systems.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
