Interim Treasury Transformation Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Transformation Lead to take on a newly created role with significant responsibility for shaping and delivering a revised Treasury operating model.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead three core areas:
- Oversight of banking partners
- Negotiation and implementation of financing solutions to meet business needs
- Revolving Credit Facilities
- LOC’s
- Driving operational transformation to implement a revised Treasury operating model
There may also be opportunities to support the implementation of a revised Investments operating model, though direct investment experience is not essential.
What You’ll Do
- Recommend and deliver financing solutions for optimum business effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with banks and key stakeholders
- Act as subject matter expert on financing matters
- Conduct best practice research and due diligence on financing partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and documentation with banks and legal teams
- Manage timelines for existing facilities and plan renewals or amendments
- Produce clear MI on financing and funding performance
- Design and oversee project plans for transitioning Investments and Treasury functions in-house
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Investment teams to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate key risks and dependencies
- Prepare and present papers to governance committees
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in treasury or finance roles within insurance or banking
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
