The interim Group Treasury Manager sits within Group Finance and reports to the Group Tax & Treasury Director. The role has broad responsibility across operational treasury, funding, risk management and strategic treasury projects, with regular exposure to senior management across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day treasury operations, reporting and systems administration
  • Manage Group funding, debt facilities and lender relationships
  • Oversee cash and liquidity management across global operations
  • Identify, manage and hedge financial risks (FX, interest rate, counterparty)
  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A, refinancing and treasury transformation projects

Core Accountabilities

  • Prepare weekly cash reporting and monthly/quarterly treasury reporting for management and the Treasury Committee
  • Administer treasury systems and online banking platforms; authorise treasury and head office payments
  • Support development, implementation and compliance with Group Treasury Policy
  • Execute and manage debt transactions, covenant compliance and lender reporting
  • Forecast liquidity, optimise cash pooling and execute intercompany funding and repatriation
  • Recommend and execute hedging strategies and maintain ISDA documentation
  • Ensure compliance with treasury‑related regulatory and audit requirements
  • Lead and deliver treasury projects (e.g. funding transactions, system changes, acquisitions)

Person Specification

  • Significant treasury experience in a listed, international organisation
  • Qualified AMCT (minimum); MCT and/or qualified accountant preferred
  • Strong knowledge of debt funding, derivatives, treasury accounting and banking operations
  • Experience with online banking platforms; treasury management systems exposure desirable
  • Proven project management capability with cross‑functional leadership experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills; Hyperion HFM experience desirable
