Income Tax Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead global income tax compliance and reporting for a complex, multinational organization. This role plays a key leadership position within the tax function, partnering closely with finance, legal, and executive teams on compliance, planning, and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead U.S. federal and state income tax filings, including partnership tax
- Oversee income tax compliance for international entities in coordination with external advisors
- Own the global income tax provision process under US GAAP (ASC 740) and applicable local standards
- Prepare and review tax disclosures and support audits
- Advise on tax implications of business initiatives, restructurings, and transactions
- Improve tax processes, maintain SOX-compliant internal controls, and reporting efficiency across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA and/or Master’s in Tax preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive income tax experience (public accounting and in‑house)
- Strong expertise in partnership taxation and complex structures
- Experience managing multinational tax compliance
- Solid working knowledge of ASC 740
- M&A tax exposure, a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
