You will be expected to advise them on a broad range of employee share plans and cash-based incentives; offer end to end practical solutions from plan design through to implementation; support on meeting annual incentive plan tax and legal requirements; and work with businesses through transactional activity e.g. IPO, merger, takeover etc. This is an excellent chance to truly make an impact and work with clients to tackle some of the biggest challenges they currently face. To succeed, you will require experience in the design, tax, financial and operational aspects of employee share plans. A tax or accounting qualification with experience of working in employee share plans either in-house or a professional services environment will also be key.
