Real Estate Tax Lead

A successful FTSE 250 Real Estate business are looking to hire a Head of Tax to oversee the function. The position covers a range of tax work with a focus on advisory alongside overseeing compliance & reporting.

As the sole tax person within the organisation, this is a unique opportunity to make a step up into managing a function whilst developing and improving processes that have an impact across the business. Whether you’ve worked in Real Estate before or not, this would make a fantastic move to broaden out your tax knowledge and to add value to a listed firm.

If you’ve got the below:
* A transaction and advisory focussed background from industry or practice
* Strong commercial skills and ability to explain tax to non-tax staff
* An eagerness to develop a broad tax knowledge
* An accounting/tax qualification ACA/CTA
