Group Corporate Tax Manager/Lead – 6 months

Group Corporate Tax Manager interim corporate tax job in London and remote, requires a Head of Corporate Tax or Senior Corporate Tax Manager to lead the corporate tax function for this PLC. A remote corporate tax job within the UK, or can visit the central London office.

Joining the in-house tax function of this PLC, the Group Corporate Tax Manager will lead on the corporate tax compliance, reporting and advisory services to this PLC business.

Starting ASAP and for a 6 months period whilst the business recruit on a permanent basis, the role will oversee the management of the outsourced corporate tax compliance process and will lead on the year end reporting under IFRS. Project work will be required over the 6 months period in areas such as Pillar 2 processes and advising on any M&A activity which occurs, along with providing a general corporate tax advisory service to queries that arise within the business.

To be considered for the role it is essential to have a UK corporate tax background, and to have demonstrated previous experience of being the main point of contact for the corporate tax of a business.

Remote working is on offer, but this must be within the UK, and the head office is in central London with the ad hoc requirement to visit there.

Infrequently does a corporate tax lead position arise on the interim tax side of the market, therefore, this is a role to be seized.
