You will be responsible for a portfolio of global mobility clients and be expected to work closely with the Tax Partner to shape and deliver the objectives of the Employment Taxes Global Mobility department. You will oversee the management of the compliance function, provide high level technical and tax planning advice to clients, liaise with HMRC, be responsible for fees/billing and supervise/train more junior team members.
The successful candidate will have the ability to complete tasks on an accurate and timely basis, prioritise conflicting deadlines and work proactively, as well as, communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally. You will require a good working knowledge of UK tax and social security legislation, have strong project and time management skills and be confident in client-facing situations.
Whilst this organisation has several offices in various locations across the UK, this role can be based remotely.
