Global Equity & Rewards Senior Manager

An opportunity exists for a Senior Manager to join its Global Equity and Rewards team to play a pivotal role in supporting its clients to implement and maintain executive compensation plans with a specific focus on equity compensation.
This team is benefiting from a strong pipeline of work and is offering the chance for you to be part of their growth journey. You will work with clients to assist them in maintaining global equity compensaton programs, navigate changes in tax laws, fulfil annual reporting requirements, manage employer withholding obligations and conduct equity mobility calculations. You will also be guiding clients to fulfil global regulatory requirements associated with equity compensation plans.
This role will suit individuals who have a deep understanding of equity-based compensation programs for executives encompassing stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards etc. You will be expected to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
