Global Employment Tax Manager

With offices nationally, this role could be based in a variety of offices throughout the UK and it has a culture of hybrid working. This is an exciting opportunity to join this team at a point where it is receiving huge investment to realise its ambitious growth plans. It prides itself on acting as a trusted advisor to its varied client base which includes UK entrepreneurs and family owned businesses through to some of the largest and instantly recognisable multinational corporations. You will play an integral part in its future success by taking responsibility for your own portfolio of clients and supporting them with their employment tax issues. This could involve advising on labour supply chain issues (e.g. modern slavery, umbrella companies etc), employment status considerations, employer withholding tax and social security implications on cash, benefits and expenses including the associated reporting requirements e.g. PSA, P11Ds etc. To succeed, you will require an inquisitive mind as you will need to be driven to understand the issues your clients face to be able to provide the right support. A background in international employment tax is required. This could be gained from another professional services firm or in-house. Individuals from a global mobility background will also be considered. A keen interest in technology would also be advantageous.
