As a Global Employment Tax Director, your office will be located in London and you will act as a subject matter expert by advising various departments like HR, legal, accounting and payroll on relevant employment tax matters. This company offers a fast paced environment where you will be able to demonstrate your creative solutions and develop new processes. You will drive visibility around employment tax and lead regular update sessions with the Group CEO. This senior position also comes with the responsibility of managing the agreed budget and with three direct reports.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a passion for all employment tax related matters as you will lead many executive decisions across the US, UK and the Netherlands regions. Ideally, you will be CTA/ACA qualified, or equivalent. You will also need significant in-house employment tax experience to step into this position given the scope of your responsibility. Additionally, you will need to display exceptional communication skills, an innovative approach and be technically proficient.
