FX Dealer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and develop new foreign exchange (FX) business opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
- Open and manage corporate, institutional, and private FX accounts.
- Execute spot, forward, and swap FX transactions efficiently.
- Deliver tailored FX risk management solutions to meet client needs.
- Accurately price trades while managing risk and exposure.
- Oversee the complete client onboarding process, including KYC and AML compliance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for all FX-related matters.
- Provide regular market commentary, trade ideas, and client updates.
- Monitor key economic, political, and central bank developments impacting markets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report activity and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle FX dealing or FX sales
- In-depth knowledge of FX markets, products, and trade execution
- Skilled in independently pricing and managing trades
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for performance-based rewards
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
