Front Office Treasury Manager

Brewer Morris are currently hiring for a Front Office Treasury Manager position within the brilliant treasury team of a recognised property business.

The role is an excellent opportunity to work for a brilliant line manager, and take full ownership of front office treasury activities. The repsonsibilities of the role are:

• Leadership of the treasury front office, ensuring that all front office activity is conducted in accordance with best practice, internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Operational management of the front office, including planning and delivering all required front office activity, management and execution of related contractual documentation
• Leadership of the Group’s internal liquidity management, including intra group funding and cash pooling.
• Forecast, plan and manage front office activity, including the front office cash flow forecast.
• Applying an in-depth understanding of the external regulatory environment as it relates to treasury front office activity.
• Managing the impact of the external regulatory environment on front office activity, including prospective scanning and preparation for relevant regulatory changes.
• Identifying and delivering continuous improvement in the operational efficiency and outcomes of front office activity.
• Execution of treasury risk management for external debt financings, including interest rate and FX hedging.
• Development of treasury and financing policies.
• Supporting bank, lending and other external and internal relationships from a front office perspective.

In order to apply for the role, you will need to have:

• An experienced treasury professional with an excellent proven track record, preferably within an international group.
• Corporate finance experience.
• AMCT qualification or appropriate experience in front office treasury management.
• Accounting qualification an advantage.
