Our client, an international Blue Chip and market leader in the professional services industry, are seeking an FP&A Director on an interim basis to start immediately. Based in the southern home counties, this role follows a hybrid working arrangement.

Reporting into the Controller, this is a very “hands-on” role for an organised, collaborative, and tenacious individual who takes initiative and is keen to improve and streamline systems and processes. A global role, this will involve liaising with FP&A Teams abroad and interacting effectively with senior stakeholders across the business to produce high quality analysis, insight and forecasting for the Controller. You will be responsible for coordinating the consolidation and publication of monthly reporting, driving the development and adoption of FP&A best practice and refining and building reporting dashboards and presentations. Supporting on the 2024 budget process, you will also perform ad hoc analysis as directed by the Controller.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with extensive FP&A experience in a large corporate. You will have a demonstrable track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and strong analytical and presentation skills. Crucially, you will be able to prioritise effectively and work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and are willing to hit the ground running.

This is an FTC until January, paying up to £130,000 + benefits FTE, with the scope to become permanent.
