Do you want to work for arguably the best Financial Services Rewards team in the country? If you have answered yes to this question, then do not miss your opportunity to apply for this job!

Let's set the picture: you will step into one of the leading professional services firms in the world that offers audit and assurance, financial advisory, risk advisory, and tax consulting. You will be working with a team of diverse employees who collaborate together not only to get the best results but also to fully realise your personal goals. You will be exposed to a broad range of clients as the organisation lists huge multinationals to family-run businesses as their close clientele. Now, what will you be doing…

As a Financial Services Reward Manager, you are expected to perform in three key areas: Remuneration Committee advice, reward regulatory advice, and incentive design work. You will be among 50 employees making up the diverse team and handling a prestigious client portfolio including banks, asset management and insurance firms, and Fintech groups. You will play a key hand in designing and implementing reward strategies at Board level and below. As a Manager, you will provide guidance, development and coaching to the more junior members of the team.

Ideally, you should be ACA/ATT/CTA qualified, or equivalent, and have past experience in the area of reward either advising or working within a corporate financial services company. Prior experience in a client facing role would be advantageous, however, not a necessity. Furthermore, you should have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to establish rapport with people at all levels.

By stepping into this position, you will receive a competitive remuneration package and company benefits. Part of the benefits package includes secondment opportunities, cash benefits allowance and a flexible working arrangement that can be agreed upon. You can also take advantage of the multiple travelling opportunities including the U.S., Singapore and Australian regions. What sets this Reward job apart from the rest is the ability to work with reward schemes from all levels of a business - allowing for a large variety of work for you to tackle. This exciting role will allow you to drive your career forward by joining a well-established team and offering the necessary support.

Act now before you miss out on this incredible opportunity!
