Finance Director

A rapidly scaling organisation in the business services sector is looking to appoint a Finance Director to accelerate it’s growth story. Based in Central London, and reporting in to the founder, this role will ensure that the finance organisation is befitting a multi jurisdictional and increasingly complex group. You will work with the outsourced accounting firm that is currently engaged to determine their work priorities, and will then set about establishing process, procedure and an operating rhythm that allows the organisation to make informed business decisions, as well as meeting all statutory deadlines. Rounds of funding are likely to occur in the near future, but experience in that space is not necessary. This role would suit a strong Head of Finance, or Deputy to a CFO, who is comfortable with the day to day running of a finance business, but would like to step in to the top role and gain exposure to more strategic work. The organisation offers a very flexible working pattern, and is looking to pay a six figure salary. Interested candidates should apply immediately to avoid disappointment.
