Then look no further than this fast‑growing professional services firm with a clear ambition: to be the premium adviser to the middle market. This vision drives everything it does and therefore it is looking for talented people who want to grow with them.

The Opportunity

Within its national employer solutions practice, its global mobility team works with a diverse portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with specialists across employment tax, reward, employment law, payroll, and HR advisory. Continued growth means it is looking for an Expatriate Tax Assistant Manager to join its expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role across several client engagements, including:

  • Coordinating global mobility workstreams and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting and delivering compliance services and advisory projects with both technical accuracy and commercial awareness.
  • Assisting senior team members with business development and identifying opportunities to enhance existing client relationships.
  • Taking ownership of aspects of financial management within your portfolio and guiding junior team members to support their development.

About You

You’ll be someone who loves learning, solving problems, and making things work better. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in expatriate tax and international social security (ATT or CTA qualification preferred).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Sound risk awareness and confidence reviewing work and seeking guidance where needed.
  • Commercial awareness, including understanding financial parameters and portfolio performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
