Are you looking to join a growing business? Following a recent merger, this organisation is recognised as one of the UK's largest wealth managers. With ambitious plans to grow over the next 5 years, this is an exciting time for you to join and be part of their continued success.

The Employer Solutions team has three areas of focus, these being Employment Tax, Reward and Global Mobility. Under the strong leadership of two Partners and a Director, there is sign off to hire for two positions - a Trainee/Senior and an Assistant Manager/Manager.

Upon joining the team, you will gain access to a diverse client base, offering you the chance to be involved in interesting and varied projects. The positions will include both advisory and compliance work. From a consulting perspective, you will cover IR35, CIS, CJRS, NMW etc in employment tax; implementing and advising on approved and unapproved arrangements, EOTs etc in reward and social security; and international homeworkers, cross border reward issues etc in global mobility. On the compliance side, you will be expected to deliver on STBVs, PSAs, P11Ds and ERS returns (predominately over the summer months).

Whilst your role will always be broad in scope covering all 3 areas, as you progress your career, you will identify a primary focus on one of the areas.

In order to succeed, the ideal candidate will come from an employment tax or reward background. Those will global mobiloty experience will be considered however you will need to have significant experience on the consulting side, not just compliance, with a desire to broaden your experience.
