This business is a leading professional services firm that is looking to expand its diverse group of employees. You will be working in a supportive environment where employees bring their different perspectives and tackle the constantly changing world of tax. This job will have you stepping into either the Manchester or Leeds office - dependent on what works for you - under the Employment Solutions team that operates as a national practice. As a team, you will be primarily project based and cover areas such as employment tax, National Minimum Wage governance, employment status, reward, and payroll.
As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you will be working on a wide variety of employment tax advisory projects that vary from large strategic projects to smaller risk reviews. You will be responsible for business development and marketing activities, both internally and externally. You will be expected to pursue business opportunities and negotiate the terms thereof. In addition, you will also be required to coach and lead more junior members of staff.
To be considered for this job, you should be ACA/CTA qualified, or equivalent, and have a background in either employment status or National Minimum Wage compliance. You should also be willing to continuously learn and develop your knowledge on employment tax issues for which the organisation will support you to do so.
