As an Employment Tax Senior Manager within this team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional client service. This is a London based role. You’ll play a pivotal role in advising on high-profile transactions, managing technically demanding projects, and driving growth in a supportive, forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employment tax advisory and compliance projects across diverse sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Manage complex consulting engagements, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay ahead of technical developments and industry trends, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.
About You
- Significant experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of key employment tax issues, including:
- Expenses & Benefits (PSAs, P11Ds)
- Employment Status (IR35)
- Payroll (PAYE, RTI, audits)
- Termination Payments, CIS, NMW
- HMRC audits and disclosures
- Proven track record in business development and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- ATT and/or CTA qualifications (or equivalent) preferred.
