As an Employment Tax Senior Manager within this team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional client service. This is a London based role. You’ll play a pivotal role in advising on high-profile transactions, managing technically demanding projects, and driving growth in a supportive, forward-thinking team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employment tax advisory and compliance projects across diverse sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Manage complex consulting engagements, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay ahead of technical developments and industry trends, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.

About You

  • Significant experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of key employment tax issues, including:
    • Expenses & Benefits (PSAs, P11Ds)
    • Employment Status (IR35)
    • Payroll (PAYE, RTI, audits)
    • Termination Payments, CIS, NMW
    • HMRC audits and disclosures
  • Proven track record in business development and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • ATT and/or CTA qualifications (or equivalent) preferred.
