As an Employment Solutions Manager, you will become an integral part of the Employment Tax team and be responsible for coaching the more junior members of the team. You will work on a wide variety of employment tax advisory projects, from large strategic projects to risk and opportunity reviews. Other day-to-day compliance activities include dealing with PAYE health checks, SAO certification, HMRC reviews, and voluntary disclosures.
Ideally, you will be CTA/ACA qualified, or equivalent, with a thorough understanding of practical employment issues including familiarity with tax requirements of internationally mobile employees. You should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills, the aptitude to pursue new business opportunities and a high level of motivation.
