The Employer Solutions team has three areas of focus, these being Employment Tax, Reward and Global Mobility. With a strong leadership team in place and a huge influx of work, there is sign off to hire for multiple positions from Senior through to Senior Manager level. The team has enjoyed unprecendented success in recent years and continues to benefit from winning new work so it is the perfect time to join them and reap the benefits associated with being part of a group on an upward trajectory.

Upon joining the team, you will gain access to a diverse client base, offering you the chance to be involved in interesting and varied projects. The positions will include both advisory and compliance work. From a consulting perspective, you will cover IR35, CIS, CJRS, NMW etc in employment tax; implementing and advising on approved and unapproved arrangements, EOTs etc in reward and social security; and international homeworkers, cross border reward issues etc in global mobility. On the compliance side, you will be expected to deliver on STBVs, PSAs, P11Ds and ERS returns (predominately over the summer months).

Whilst your role will always be broad in scope covering all 3 areas, as you progress your career, more senior individuals will be expected to identify a primary focus on one of the areas.

In order to succeed, the ideal candidates will come from a global mobility, employment tax or reward background. Those will global mobiloty experience will be considered however you will need to have significant experience on the consulting side, not just compliance, with a desire to broaden your experience.

The team is predominately based in London however has a strong presence in Birmingham and Bristol as well. Hybrid working is on offer with the flexibility and support to work from home.
