Director of Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

• Treasury Operations:

• Manage cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
• Oversee credit agreements and compliance.
• Lead strategic finance initiatives and special projects.

• Risk Management:

• Coordinate insurance renewals and negotiate coverages.
• Work with legal and business units on contract alignment with insurance needs.

• Investor Relations:

• Participate in quarterly earnings processes, including drafting releases and presentations.
• Develop and implement ESG content and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, or investor relations.
• Preferred:
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
• Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
• Knowledge of banking compliance and corporate insurance programs.
