Director of Treasury
Key Responsibilities:
- Treasury Operations:
- Manage cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
- Oversee credit agreements and compliance.
- Lead strategic finance initiatives and special projects.
- Risk Management:
- Coordinate insurance renewals and negotiate coverages.
- Work with legal and business units on contract alignment with insurance needs.
- Investor Relations:
- Participate in quarterly earnings processes, including drafting releases and presentations.
- Develop and implement ESG content and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, or investor relations.
- Preferred:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
- Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
- Knowledge of banking compliance and corporate insurance programs.
