  • Design and aid in the implementation of international tax and transfer pricing strategy, including IP ownership, commercial and intercompany contracting, and other value-driving activities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, finance, treasury, legal, and external advisors to guide and execute tax facets of various business initiatives and M&A.
  • Oversee tax integration of foreign M&A targets, including acquisition structuring.
  • Oversee and monitor Pillar 2 position as we expand globally.
  • Preparation, review and analysis of GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and Subpart F calculations.
  • Maintenance, review and enhancements to E&P, PTEP, FTC, and expense allocation models.
  • Review foreign tax provision computations for quarterly and annual financial reporting purposes.
  • Manage the international income tax compliance calendar.
  • Write tax technical and non-technical tax research and compliance memos.


  • 8+ years of US international tax experience from a public accounting firm, law firm, or large Multinational Corporation. Mix of public accounting and industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in managing cross-border tax projects, preferably in the context of M&A.
  • CPA, Master’s degree, and/or JD in Tax or Accounting a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Automation tool experience a plus.
  • Understanding of US GAAP Income Tax Accounting (ASC740).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to drive projects to completion within a defined timefram
