Direct Tax Manager – 6-12 months

Direct Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires either an experienced Tax Manager or a Senior Tax Manager with UK corporate tax experience namely tax reporting experience for this interim tax job in London.

Joining an in-house tax team, specifically into the direct tax function, of an insurance company, this role is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extending to 12 months.

Key responsibilities of the position will involve reviewing the UK and European corporation tax returns, and then focusing on tax reporting by liaising with the UK finance teams and the US tax reporting team on the quarterly and annual reporting requirements and process, reporting under US GAAP.

To be considered for this role you will have UK corporate tax experience at a review level, but more importantly you will have tax reporting experience. US GAAP experience is not essential, therefore, this role is an excellent opportunity to gain this with it being a well sought after tax skill.

With the ever increasing requirement from in-house tax teams for interim resource within corporate tax and reporting, this role will enhance the successful applicant’s skill set for their next interim position.
