Deputy Treasurer
We are currently hiring for a Deputy Treasurer position for a FTSE 100 business based in West London. The role will allow oversight of all front office activities, as well as be heavily involved in the financing aspect of the function.
The main responsiblities are:
- Management of the Group’s FX hedging in compliance with treasury policies
- Managing the liquidity for the Group’s global cash pools and managing all drawings under the Group’s syndicated debt facility
- Renew annually the Group’s EMTN programme and assist the Group Treasurer with debt capital markets bond issuances
- Determining the appropriate funding structure for the Group’s subsidiaries worldwide, in consultation with the Group Tax department and the business unit CFOs
- Supporting the Group’s M&A activity from a treasury perspective
- Supporting the development of the TMS and related systems
- Management of the Treasury Manager and support the junior members of the team
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- AMCT qualified, FCT preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in a senior treasury role in an international company.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work with limited supervision, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Good team player, self-motivating with an eye for detail.
