Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis:
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets to provide insights on case manager performance, evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to both internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Develop and refine KPIs that align with the company’s strategic objectives
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis to improve business processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth
  2. Reporting:
    • Create and maintain regular reports (using SQL, Power BI, Excel) that track business performance against targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including client facing case managers, operations, and management, to understand their data needs and deliver insights that support decision-making
  4. Systems and Infrastructure:
    • Streamline the process of collection and reporting of data to minimize manual intervention and help scale the business.
    • Utilize data management skills to collect, analyze and present data in a structured form, and management information dashboards.
    • Systematize and automate solutions for process improvement to increase automation and operations of the Company.
  5. Database Management:
    • Take over ownership of internal database built in Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Expand, improve and document all aspects of existing data architecture and expand the control framework for data management.
    • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  6. Technical Support:
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users through problem resolution
    • Collaborate with external IT and development teams to escalate complex issues
    • Assist with management of third-party Master Service Provider (MSP)
    • Assist with system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
    • Assist with technical onboarding for new team members including licensing requirements

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power-BI).
  • Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
