Corporate Tax Manager – 6 months

Corporate Tax Manager interim corporate tax job in London requires an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Direct Tax Manager for this interim corporate tax job in London.

Joining the international tax team of a US parented business, the interim role is to cover whilst a permanent position is being recruited to. The duties are not limited to the below and can be extended to the skill set and offering of the successful applicant.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the timely completion of international tax compliance via the out sourced provider and liaising with local finance teams.
• Prepare current and deferred tax provisions.
• Advising the business on tax queries.
• WHT management and recover.
• Process improvement and analyse controls in tax.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have UK corporate tax experience and to have knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. You will be available at short notice and commit to the duration of the interim role. It is also required to be in the central London office 3 days per week.
