The Role
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including:
- Cross‑border M&A and corporate restructurings

Requirements
- England & Wales‑qualified solicitor, minimum 2 years PQE
- Strong experience across a broad spectrum of corporate tax matters
- Background from an international or well‑regarded UK law firm
