Corporate Tax Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert UK corporate tax advice to a diverse range of clients, including founders, entrepreneurs, and companies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax solutions with commercial acumen.
- Take a proactive approach in leading and managing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with senior team members to support complex tax matters and contribute to the firm’s success.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE in corporate tax law.
- Extensive experience providing UK corporate tax advice to clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and meet clients’ business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to work in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
