Our client is a FTSE 100 constituent and is searching for a Corporate Tax Accountant to join the in-house tax team.

As the Corporate Tax Accountant in the team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare the corporate tax returns for the UK companies using Alphatax.
  • Manage the tax compliance tracker software to ensure all tax deadlines are met.
  • Assist the Head of Tax Compliance & Reporting with special projects such as Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) regime.
  • Assist in year-end tax audit for the UK and prepare disclosures for inclusion in the statutory accounts.

Ideally, you are ACA, CTA, and/or ACCA qualified with sufficient experience in UK corporate tax and tax reporting. Your competencies to communicate effectively, work in a team, and develop relationships with important stakeholders will be assessed. Part-qualified candidates with standout UK corporate tax experience will also be considered.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary and an above-market bonus. The team operate on a very flexible hybrid basis, with the minimum requirement being only one or two days in the Nottingham office.
