Corporate International Tax – Senior Manager – London

As a Senior Manager, you will provide a comprehensive range of tax advisory services to the largest and most complex UK-based clients, spanning transactions, restructuring, financing, and business model optimisation. You will collaborate with the global network to deliver innovative and commercially viable solutions to clients’ challenges.

The Opportunity: As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead client engagements, develop relationships, and identify new opportunities. Desired Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Highly skilled in UK corporate tax rules and international tax principles.
  • Experience working with major UK-based international organisations or a strong ambition to do so.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and apply commercial thinking in client recommendations.
  • ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification or experience (fully qualified).
  • Track record of successfully working in teams and driving opportunities forward.
  • Exposure to or keen interest in working with international clients.

Responsibilities will Include:

  • Managing and delivering complex cross-border tax advice.
  • Advising UK-based FTSE groups on domestic and international tax matters.
  • Supporting transfer pricing technical specialists, including business model optimisation.
  • Corporate transaction support and interaction with HM Revenue and Customs.
  • UK compliance, tax accounting, and audit support work (depending on candidate experience).
