Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, initiative-driven teammate who will serve as the network’s Compliance Specialist. This position will start as a part-time role with the likelihood of transitioning to a full-time role in approximately 8-12 months. Compliance requirements are generally defined as the collection, review, consolidation, timely submission, and archiving of information required by ACA schools’ authorizing bodies in Colorado, South Carolina, and future locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compliances:
  • Financial Compliance
  • Education Curriculum Compliance
  • HR Compliance
• Goal is to organize and ensure compliances are met in a timely manner
• Will be helping with back end of reporting requirements for grants
• They will be putting together reports
• Ensuring requirements are met
• Submitting reports timely
• Developing and maintaining relationships
